NASDAQ approves Sport-Haley's transfer application

Sport-Haley Inc reported that the Company received a letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market Inc. ("Nasdaq"), dated January 31, 2008, notifying the Company that Nasdaq's staff approved the Company's application to transfer its securities to The Nasdaq Capital Market.
Nasdaq further advised in an email that the market change would become effective on Monday, February 4, 2008.
As previously reported, in November 2007, Nasdaq informed Sport Haley that the Company did not meet the continued listing requirements for inclusion in The Nasdaq Global Market where the common stock of Sport Haley was previously listed.
Subsequently, the Company provided Nasdaq with a request to transfer its securities to The Nasdaq Capital Market.
Sport-Haley Inc designs, purchases, contracts for the manufacture of and markets women's and men's fashion golf apparel and outerwear under the SPORT HALEY and Ben Hogan labels.
