Foot Locker declares Q1 dividend of $0.15 per share

Foot Locker Inc the New York-based specialty athletic retailer, announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common stock of $0.15 per share, which will be payable on May 2, 2008 to shareholders of record on April 18, 2008.

This dividend represents a 20 percent increase over the Company's previous quarterly per share amount and is equivalent to an annualized rate of $0.60 per share.

Foot Locker Inc plans to report its fourth quarter 2007 financial results on Monday, March 10, 2008. A conference call is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. ET to discuss these results.

This conference call may be accessed live from the Investor Relations section of the Foot Locker Inc. Please log-on to the website at least 15 minutes prior to the call in order to download any necessary software. The webcast conference call will be available for replay until 5:00 p.m. Monday, March 17, 2008.
