Milan, Paris and London are considered to be fashion hubs where designers set trends for the entire world to follow. Many developing countries are now making efforts to elevate their fashion industry.
Taiwan is among such nations, who are trying to be innovative in their designs with use of latest technology. The experts believe that, there is lot of potential in the domestic designers but they lack resources. If the designers mix local culture and latest fashion trends of international market they can prove themselves.
Industrial Development Bureau (IDB), has taken the initiative to train the local designers in Taiwan as well as in foreign lands. The organization aims to offer the promising designers a platform to showcase their creative genius.
According to the people associated with fashion industry, if Government takes serious measures to elevate the sector, the country can gain a lot from it.
