Iconix Chairman, CEO announces executive promotions

Iconix Brand Group Inc announced the promotion of three executives from within the Company.
Lanie Pilnock has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Brand Management. Before joining Iconix, Pilnock was at Target and, most recently, Trend Manager at Marshall Fields for Women's Ready-to-Wear, in the Junior and Dress Divisions. Ms. Pilnock has been at Iconix for the last four years directing trend and fashion as well as brand management for the Company.
Yehuda Shmidman has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Business Development. Mr. Shmidman has been at Iconix over two years and his responsibilities include sourcing new licensees and supporting the acquisition team in seeking out new brands. His previous experience includes positions at licensing agencies where he was involved in direct-to-retail brands including Isaac Mizrahi at Target and Merch Vintage Rock at K-mart.
Gary Klein has been promoted to Vice President, Finance. Mr. Klein has been with Iconix over two years and is responsible for financial planning, reporting and analysis as well as supporting the Company's acquisition efforts. Before joining Iconix, Mr. Klein was the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis at TV Guide Publishing Group. He was also a Senior Finance Manager at Columbia House.
