On April 4, the first Gloria Jeans & Gee Jay company-owned retail store opened in Orenburg. Three days later, the first company-owned store was launched in Maikop, capital of the Republic of Adygeya.

The store is located in the “Likos” mall on Novaja Street, 4. It is no coincidence that the company own retail development managers selected this location: the mall is situated in a densely populated noncommercial district. The store with the total area of 308 square metres is located on the ground floor near the entrance – one of the most optimal positions.

So far, this is the first store in the city with population nearly 600,000 people. There is another Gloria Jeans & Gee Jay store in Orenburg Region – in Orsk.

On April 7, the first Gloria Jeans & Gee Jay company-owned retail store opened in Maikop. The store with the total area of 284 square metres is in the street retail area, i.e. it is located on the ground floor of the building on the high street – Proletarskaya Street, 223. This is the busiest street in Adygeya.

In general, nine stores were opened in March. Starting this year, the total number of the new stores has reached 19 in 7 regions nationwide. The leader is the Volga Region – 5 new stores have been opened there. The next one in the rating is Moscow Region – 4 stores have been opened there. Three Gloria Jeans & Gee Jay company-owned stores have been launched in Ukraine and three in South Federal District, 2 – in Siberia, one inthe Northwest District and one in the Urals.

In 2008 the Company plans to open 40,000 square meters of its own retail business.
