True Religion Apparel Inc announced the opening of a new branded retail store in Fashion Centre at Pentagon City in Arlington, Virginia.

Located at 1100 S. Hayes Street, the 1,695 square-foot branded store will offer shoppers the entire True Religion branded collection for men, women and kids, including its signature denim styles, its expanding sportswear line including knits and wovens, and a full range of licensed product, such as footwear, swimwear, headwear and handbags.

Easily accessible from both the Washington, D.C. Metro and all major highways, the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City is ranked as one of the country's highest-grossing retail centers with sales in excess of $700 per square foot.

The center spans over 900,000 square feet and features more than 170 stores and restaurants, including Nordstrom and a selection of premier retailers such as Coach, Cole Haan, Guess, Apple, BCBG Maxazaria, and Armani Exchange. Additionally, attached to the center is a Ritz Carlton Hotel and a 12 Story Class A office tower.

"We are pleased to partner with one of the premier retail centers in the country in our efforts to grow our retail store base," said Jeffrey Lubell, chairman and chief executive officer of True Religion Apparel Inc.

"We are confident that our core denim styles coupled with our expanding product assortment will resonate with the residents of the Washington, D.C. metro area."

"We believe this high traffic and high volume mixed use property is an ideal location for us to grow the True Religion brand, and we are excited to be making our entrance into the Washington, D.C. market," said Michael Buckley, president of True Religion Apparel Inc.
