Half the Sky Designs announced that select handbags from its chic Rebagz line are now available at Lifesize by Ron Robinson stores, at Fred Segal Los Angeles and Fred Segal Santa Monica. Christina Aguilera was one of the first to purchase Rebagz in the Santa Monica store; she bought a Multi-Colored Carry Anything Anywhere Bag for her assistant.

Rebagz are stylish and colorful handbags made from recycled juice packs and nylon rice sacks. Celebrities who have Rebagz include Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, Heidi Klum, Kate Walsh, Serena Williams and America Ferrera, who liked hers so much she has worn it on ABC's "Ugly Betty" several times and now owns five Rebagz.

"Lifesize by Ron Robinson is one of the boutiques that have made Fred Segal synonymous with trendsetting fashion," says Marty Stevens-Heebner, founder and president of Half the Sky Designs. "Rebagz represent the marriage of fashion and eco-consciousness that consumers demand now."

Shoppers at Lifesize by Ron Robinson can choose from Rebagz Cinchy Totes in the "White Rose," "Magnolia," and "Panda" designs; Large Woven Tie Totes in silver, red, and multi-color; Carry Anything Bags in silver, red, and multi-color; and Clutch & Cosmetics Bags in red, silver, multi-color, and orange. The Fred Segal stores are located at 8100 Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles, Calif. and at 429 and 500 Broadway in Santa Monica, Calif.
