Damas, the leading international jewellery retailer in the Middle East, presents Jolie – the latest offering of well-loved Italian jewellery house Genero. The new signature collection highlights the creative possibilities of enamelwork and offers a stunning assortment of earrings, rings and pendant chains crafted in 18kt gold.

Founded by the dynamic husband-wife duo Ezio and Antonella Genero in Vicenza, Italy, Genero evokes femininity and the natural allure of gold in its jewels. Antonella enthused: “It has always been the objective of Genero to transform each of our creations into a unique expression of its wearer's emotions. At the core of this new collection is the zest for life that embodies the brand as a whole.”

Tawhid Abdullah, Managing Director of Damas, commented: "Genero offers unique, stylish jewels for today's women. Its Jolie collection is the outcome of marrying good design sensibility and superior craftsmanship. Every piece of this noteworthy collection stands out for its shape, colour and whimsical appeal. Jolie is a welcome addition to our list of bestsellers and I am most certain it will create a lasting impression among jewellery lovers across the region."

Marked by rare exuberance, Jolie captivates with its sumptuous rings featuring a heart-shaped base in animal-print and adorned by charming gold tassel. The heart theme gains added appeal due to its delicate cutwork and opulent textures. Displaying a rich palette of hues such as vibrant orange, deep earthy browns and shiny gold, these rings exude a primitive feel of excitement.

The heart design is then interpreted in a pair of bewitching hook earrings of oriental allure that can liven up even the most basic outfit. In addition, Jolie showcases heart pendants with animal print designs intended to dangle on a collier or a flowing necklace.

Antonella's design success is made possible by her immersion into art, fashion and culture resulting from her extensive travels around the globe. As the main architect of the brand, she believes that style and sensuality, femininity and elegance transcend all barriers of age and social backgrounds, and that a precious accessory is one of the best expressions of one's innermost feelings

Genero crafts jewels from materials of the finest quality, and brings to life designs that combine handmade artistry and modern technology. A Certificate of Quality comes with every Genero jewel as assurance of its impeccable value in terms of design and material and the high standards it sets and follows in every stage of jewellery creation.
