It's no secret that legendary Beatle Ringo Starr is a parishioner of the world peace movement. Starr recently took his efforts a step further when he started endorsing designer J Gerard/Peace Gallery as his go-to designer for Peace Couture & "peace gear."

Ringo was referred to the J Gerard/Peace Gallery by friends, Joe Walsh (Eagles) & Keith Allison, from the window display at J Gerard's flagship store at 8575 Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles, CA. Starr's team picked up 10 fully stuffed "peace gear bags" for his all-star band and safari jacket for wife Barbara.

The trend of celebrities wearing J Gerard/Peace Gallery has been moving at a sonic pace as Miranda Lambert wore electrifying designs by J Gerard during her performance at this year's ACM Awards where she walked away with the album of the year.

CHER, a monumental fashion icon, wearing J Gerard in InStyle magazine along with Valentino & Dior Couture (May 2008) also presented wearing J Gerard at the 2008 Grammy Awards. The B-52's Kate Pierson is clad in J Gerard during the B-52's performance on "The Tonight Show," The True Colors Tour & while opening for The Police on August 7th. Gerard has designed and dressed Prince, Patti Smith, Sheila E, Dave Matthews, Angelina Jolie, Miley Cyrus, Bob Dylan and the cast of HBO's "Entourage" to name a few.

J Gerard is world famous for her coveted designer collectibles and for her eco-friendly styles. She is one of the very first designers to create fashion in bamboo fabrics and to use corn with organic cotton. Her "streetwise collectibles" from "Peace Gallery" & "Sacred News" are must haves.

J Gerard continues to forge ahead, having presence at the most cutting edge and current events. Arriving in her creations are trendsetters like Ringo Starr, Miranda Lambert and CHER who have already chosen J Gerard as their designer to impact the world with. It is now more than ever that these worlds of celebrity and designer are joining to bridge forward-thinking stylists and their forward thinking provider: "J GERARD/PEACE GALLERY."
