Swedish Details is the new online Swedish boutique. At Swedish Details the customer is offered eco-friendly Swedish design and handicraft products that are also combined with the Swedish way of life – both trendsetting and inspiring. At Swedish Details the customer also finds guided tour services of Stockholm and lots of information of all classic Swedish Traditions.
Products for the Conscious
At Swedish Details, classic, modern, and trendy products for the home, the children, and the taste all share space. Customers find both new and vintage products in these categories.
“To be able to launch Sweden in this eco-friendly way without having to reduce quality, tradition and design, feels just right. We do not want to fill the world with more stuff, so we are only offering useful things. The customer can easily see which environmental label the product has under each product description. We have chosen to be very clear about this, so that the customer can be totally sure of the purchase”, says Annika Sundin, MD, Details from Sweden AB, owner of the brand Swedish Details.
Swedish Details are very proud of all its suppliers. The products come from distinguished heritage like Skultuna and Almedahls along with up and coming brands such as Brokiga and Sassabrassa. There are also brand new suppliers, producing hand made and exclusive to Swedish Details. These include Confusing (Swedish jewelry and glass dishes) and Swedish Grandma (Swedish caps, scarves, and thick socks).
Says Sundin, “We bring Sweden out to the world in a totally new way. Thanks to Swedish Details it is possible to bake Swedish country style bread in New Delhi or make classic Swedish blueberry ice cream in Nice. You can also wear a unique, home knitted cap in San Francisco and set the table with a handmade glass dish in Beijing, and be sure that no one else has the same dish.”
Personal Guide for the Fastidious
Swedish Details offers personal guides to visitors in Stockholm. Swedish Details is unique in that the customer chooses the whole tour. The personal guide meets the customer at an arranged place and from there takes the customer on the custom-made tour.
“The customer decides how the tour should carry out. Either the customer chooses between some of Stockholm's most popular sights or suggests their own spots to visit. Our professional guides listen to specific needs of the customer and then takes the customer on the unforgettable tour,” completes Sundin.
