The Professional Beauty Association (PBA) announces the appointment of Elizabeth Fantetti to serve as the association's new Membership Director. Fantetti will be responsible for the creation and implementation of PBA's membership program, including new member recruitment, member retention and previous member relations. Fantetti will also work closely with PBA's Leadership Councils and staff to develop and enhance membership value through the association's programs and services.

"I am very excited about this opportunity to work with the beauty industry's professional trade association and get to know its members," states Fantetti. This is a time of tremendous change and challenge in the beauty industry, but it is also a time of great potential. I hope to increase PBA's support of our members by providing them with resources to grow their businesses while revitalizing the membership of the organization."

Steve Sleeper, Executive Director of PBA, states, "We are looking forward to working with Elizabeth and bringing her expertise to our membership department. We anticipate tremendous growth and great things ahead under her guidance."

Before joining PBA, Fantetti served as Membership Director of Valley Forward Association (VFA), a non-profit business association focused on environmental impact issues. While at VFA she implemented a successful member centric program resulting in record growth for the group's membership base.

Fantetti received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is also active in the Society for Marketing Professional Services and the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
