True Religion Apparel Inc announced the opening of a new branded retail store at The Shops at La Cantera in San Antonio, Texas. Located at 15900 La Cantera Parkway, the 2,100 square-foot branded store will offer shoppers the entire True Religion collection for men, women, kids, and infants including its signature jean styles, its expanding denim, sportswear and handbag collection, and a full range of licensed product, such as footwear, swimwear, headwear and fragrances.

Located in the heart of San Antonio, The Shops at La Cantera encompass over 1.1 million square feet of premier retail space. The Center, which recently underwent a 300,000 square foot expansion that added retail and commercial space, is part of a 1,700 acre planned resort community that includes a hotel golf resort and luxury residential and corporate facilities.

With direct access off of the I-10/1604 Loop, The Shops at La Cantera are conveniently located for both San Antonio residents and tourists to the San Antonio area, which number greater than 21 million annually. The Center is home to more than 130 specialty stores and restaurants, including Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Tiffany, Burberry, Juicy Couture, and Lacoste, each of which is unique to the San Antonio marketplace.

“We are excited to announce the opening of our San Antonio branded retail store, which marks our third full-priced store in Texas,” said Jeffrey Lubell, chairman and chief executive officer of True Religion Apparel, Inc. “The Shops at La Cantera offer a premier shopping experience to both residents and tourists to the San Antonio area. We look forward to showcasing the entire collection of True Religion branded apparel in our distinctive shopping environment to these consumers.”

“Located in the heart of San Antonio and home to some of the finest names in retail, The Shops at La Cantera represent an excellent opportunity to expand our presence in Texas,” said Michael Buckley, president of True Religion Apparel, Inc. “With over 115,000 residents within five miles of the Center and average household incomes exceeding $82,000 per year, we believe our San Antonio location will benefit from the solid demographics of the surrounding area.”
