ITTIERRE to produce Galliano collections

The Extraordinary Commissioners of the IT Holding Group announce that ITTIERRE S.p.A. in a.s. and John Galliano S.A. (company that produces, distributes and manages the licenses under the John Galliano brand) signed a worldwide exclusive license agreement for the production and distribution of the Galliano collections of menswear, womenswear and leather goods.
The five-year agreement starts with the Fall/Winter 2009/2010 collection up to the Fall/Winter 2014/2015 collection included.
This important agreement between the two companies follows the successful launch of the Galliano womenswear collection in 2006. Mr. John Galliano creativity and unmistakeable style, combined with the ITTIERRE's skills in the production and distribution of the collections are a guarantee of further success.
The agreement will be subject to the approval by the Authorities of the Extraordinary Administration Procedure.
The Extraordinary Commissioners stated: “The agreement with John Galliano S.A. for the Galliano collection confirms ITTIERRE's international stance and the operational capabilities. We are particularly satisfied to have reached this strategic five-year agreement for the whole Galliano world, including apparel, leather accessories and the extension to the men's collections of the former agreement devoted to the women's collections. Galliano is a very well-known brand, with great commercial success and development potential.”
