TISSU PREMIER made a vigorous return to work !

The summer sun boosted exhibitors and visitors at Tissu Premier with a vigorous return to work. The business atmosphere focused here in a renewed, clear and warm configuration.This year, Tissu Premier welcomed 4,100 visitors(2-3 Sept. 2009). Compared with the January edition, the organizer pointed out a stability of Belgian visitors (+2,5%) and French ahead of the Dutch. We can also notice a growth of Italian and Spanish. The specific promotions on the British market bore its fruits (+17%) with a growth of spontaneous British visitors, invited buyers and designers.

Obvious creativity and controlled eccentricity, renewal and innovation, Tissu Premier brought once again its added value in a retightened venue. The relative stability of the visitors' number brought a good mood in the exhibition paths. Besides, visitors took time to enlarge their target and tried to meet new contacts. The Last minute service was a success and caught the attention of the buyers seeking fast fashion for winter 2009/2010.

The trendy information drew a large audience during the conferences (300 persons for each trendy conferences) and during GREEN TOUCH (in average from 60 to 70 persons per speaker's corner). The sustainable development space led to a melting of specific expectations and curiosity (the recycling sparked off a vibrant debate), conviction and interpellation, perplexity and engagement, surprise and seduction for a growing interest.

The public dwelt upon the 2010/2011 winter trends, obviously appreciated in the video Mix'print and at the forum whose the new presentation “18 trails / paths and 25 strong points” nicely surprised. The European Confederation of Linen and Hemp also put linen on the spotlight to the great delight of exhibition actors. On the Northern side, the fashion house space and the exhibition “wrap me” caught the attention; the beautiful dresses wore by our hostesses and designed by the creator from Roubaix, Orlane Herbin, had a great success.
