Raleigh is thriving after opening new store in late summer

After a grand opening in July, Raleigh Jewelry store SIlverland Jewelry & Gifts continues to thrive and exceed all expectations.
Other Raleigh Jewelry Store owners were confused when Silverland announced their plans to open a new retail location at Sutton Square Shopping Center on Falls of Neuse Road. "So many jewelry stores have had to close or are really struggling in this economy, I could not believe that Silverland could actually open a new location," said Cynthia Balacco. Cynthia has recently joined Silverland as lead jewelry designer.
"The feedback from customers regarding our ability to customize our jewelry has been overwhelming. Just today I was able to make earrings for a first time customer that matched her great grandmother's necklace. We have such a huge selection of crystals and cultured pearls, that we are able to accommodate customer requests of all types normally on the spot. My customer left thrilled with her earrings."
"Several customers have commented that they don't like to purchase jewelry online because of the poor quality they have received from other jewelry stores in the past," said Pat Cross, Sales Associate at Silverland. "They are amazed at the high quality products in our store, and that we offer this same quality online. They say they will tell their friends about us, and I believe them because of the comments we get when their friends come in too!"
Owner Ray Paquette says, "Our customers just can't believe that they can get custom jewelry, often while they wait, and still get internet pricing, We have a fantastic team of jewelry makers that, while making the huge amount of jewelry that we sell on the internet, can take time to work with customers right here in Raleigh."
Silverland plans are to continue adding jewelry for special occasions like anniversaries, proms, graduations and of course weddings. Swarovski makes such a large color selection in crystals and pearls that it is easy to match prom dresses and other formal wear. Specialty jewelry, such as hearts for Valentine's Day, customized birthstone jewelry and even starfish and shells for beach parties are sure to be a big hit each season. A customized Mother's Day necklace and bracelet collection has been designed especially for the Raleigh Jewelry Store.
