Jeffrey H. Evans has joined the Board of Directors of Fashion Delivers it was announced by Fashion Delivers Chairman Allan Ellinger. Evans is Vice President and DMM of Men's Merchandising – Walmart U.S based out of NY Apparel Office.

“We are excited to have Jeffrey on our team of exceptional apparel, retail and home fashions executives, states Ellinger. Jeffrey's contributions will be especially valuable to Fashion Delivers. Every single member's dedication and hard work have rewarded our five-year old Fashion Delivers organization with stature that rivals that of more established charities. Without these professionals' input and enthusiasm we could never have accomplished the goals we set, such as the most recent drive to send clothes and home products to Haiti. In the past four months an astounding $25 million of new product was contributed by retailers and vendors and is currently being shipped to Haiti.”

Since its inception Fashion Delivers, a not-for-profit celebrating its fifth anniversary this year, has helped the victims of Hurricane Katrina, Rita and Wilma, the Iowa Flood Victims, California Relief Fund, Operation Home Front (providing emergency assistance to our troops and their families) and most recently has sent over $25 million in apparel and home products donations to Haiti. Fashion Delivers began as a charitable endeavor in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and emerged into a full-fledged non-profit distributing over $70 million in donations from some of the most recognized names in apparel and home fashions. Through world-wide networks of partners and more than a thousand local agencies, Fashion Delivers coordinates the donation and delivery of excess new products from the men's, women's and home furnishing's industries to areas in need. Not only does Fashion Delivers aid the victims of natural disasters and poverty but also provides economic and philanthropic alternatives for companies disposing of excess products or clothing that would have been discarded.
