Pierce as V.P (Comm) at Aramis & Designer Fragrances

Aramis and Designer Fragrances, a division of the The Estée Lauder Companies, announced the appointment of Kathleen Pierce to Vice President Global Communications, effective immediately. Ms. Pierce will report to Veronique Gabai-Pinsky, Global Brand President, Aramis and Designer Fragrances, BeautyBank and IdeaBank and Marianne Diorio, Senior Vice President, Global Brand Communications, The Estée Lauder Companies.

“Kathleen is a consummate communications professional,” said Veronique Gabai-Pinsky. “She is a superb combination of strategist, creative thinker, team player and true leader. Her position is absolutely key to the Aramis and Designer Fragrance brands' future growth.”

Ms. Pierce has worked as a communications consultant with the Aramis and Designer Fragrance division since March 2010. She was also previously with The Estée Lauder Companies as Vice President Global Communications BeautyBank from 2004-2008. Ms. Pierce led the communications strategy and execution of the simultaneous launch of four original BeautyBank brands including American Beauty and Flirt!. She eventually also took on the communications responsibilities for Coach Beauty and Daisy Fuentes Beauty. Before she re-joined The Estée Lauder Companies, Ms. Pierce worked with Gary Farn LTD as Vice President Public Relations, New Business Development and then started her own communications firm with clients such as Annick Goutal and Lilly Pulitzer Beauty. She had also worked with Groupe Clarins as Senior Public Relations Manager from 2000-2003.

The Aramis and Designer Fragrance Division includes the Aramis and Lab Series brands and is the exclusive licensee and/or administers the exclusive licenses on behalf of The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. for various licenses, including Tommy Hilfiger, Donna Karan (including DKNY), Kiton, Michael Kors, Sean John and Coach.
