CIBELES MADRID FASHION WEEK, the grand forum for the promotion and dissemination of Spanish design, an event organised by IFEMA, has already announced the dates of its first edition of the year 2011.

In this respect, Fashion Week's next edition, which will present the latest ideas for Autumn-Winter 2011 from the most important young and established designers of the moment, will take place between 18th and 23rd February in Hall 14.1 at Feria de Madrid.

This new edition of CIBELES, which will once again offer a comprehensive overview of Spanish fashion, will follow the innovative fashion show model adopted by the event in recent years. The main purpose of the fair's approach is to strengthen the presence of Spanish design within the context of an increasingly competitive international market. As is customary, Cibeles Madrid Fashion Week will be staged in Hall 14.1 at Feria de Madrid.

Based on an exhibition area measuring some 14,000 square metres, CIBELES MADRID FASHION WEEK will feature a modern format, including two catwalks and the highly attractive area known as CIBELESPACIO, which features an entire range of different attractions.

In this respect, over the event's six days of fashion shows, the sponsoring brands at the event will present a series of different activities aimed at the general public, such as music, sampling sessions, make-up and beauty product trials, the sale of fashion creations by young designers, etc. Furthermore, the February edition of Fashion Week will once again include a specific area for the most outstanding fashion bloggers.

The last edition of CIBELES MADRID FASHION WEEK, which took place in September, welcomed more than 60,000 visitors.
