Be ready for Londonedge & Londoncentral

The Londonedge and Londoncentral shows are always quickly booked out by a legion of loyal, long-term exhibitors but a raft of new brands are always introduced at each event to keep the show evolving and fresh with each season.

The Londonedge and Londoncentral will take place from February 6th-8th 2011 at Olympia National Hall, London, W14.

In February 2011, a number of new exhibitors have already joined the show including alternative clothing brands, footwear companies and accessories ranges.

French footwear company Assa Boots will appear at Londoncentral for the first time in February with their unisex range of boots and Tabi socks. Their latest boot design using a new water-repellent canvas material will be exhibited in a number of new colours.

Director, Julien Pont Ferrigno said: “These boots are light and comfortable. They hug the arch of your foot and if you walk differently, you will run differently. The toe separation is rooted in the Ninjas' history. The killing spies were looking for the ideal shoe in terms of stability and a way to make the footprints disappear along their path.”

Berit New York (pronounced buh-reet) specialises in historically inspired pieces and rich fabrics in a range they describe as quirky streetwear with vibrant colours inspired by classical designs. The new Fall 2011 collection will be exhibited at Londonedge, showcasing capes, jackets and skirts for men and women.

Manchester-based Wicked Nights offer wholesale lingerie add fancy dress items. Their huge collection covers legwarmers, Tu Tu skirts, corsets and basques, socks, hats and a wide-ranging assortment on fancy dress costumes for men, women and children.

Rockabilly, Psychobilly, Punk and Skater style is the focus for new German exhibitor Voodoobeat. Londonedge will be their first UK trade show and the brand will be exhibiting their tees, worker shirts, jackets and more. Voodoobeat are a Kustom-Kulture clothing company, uniting rock 'n' roll, hot rod, Tiki, Tattoo, Rockabilly and skater styles.

Contact lens company Colourvue launched in the UK in 2007 and February 2010 will be their first time at Londonedge. The brand will exhibit their fashion and 'crazy' lenses with innovative designs including 'Mad Hatter', 'Twilight Volturi' and 'Voldemort'. Their crazy lenses are yearly which makes them great value for money and wholesale customers are supported with marketing tools including display stands, posters, leaflets and header boards.

Rayflector are another new brand to the show and will be exhibiting over 200 styles and 1000 colours of sunglasses. The London-based company are moving to a larger showroom in November to cater for their extensive range as well as launching a new website to increase ordering ease for customers.

Kitten Tongues is a young London brand offering a range of fashion accessories. Stock exhibited at the February 2011 show will include masks, collars and pasties adorned with crystals, leather and UV reactive material.
