Designer Collection is more Made in Italy than ever
Designer Collection is the area of Pitti W dedicated to brands that best interpret the concept of design research in feminine elegance, and in June the spotlights will shine even more strongly on talents from the world of Made in Italy. The section will feature an exclusive collection of clothing and accessories by established designers and young talents who are already known to the trade: the offering is dedicated to the buyers from the most sophisticated and forward-looking boutiques around the world.

The RODARTE Special Event
The special event at Pitti W no. 8 will be conceived by Rodarte, the acclaimed Los Angeles-based company by designers Laura and Kate Mulleavy. Rodarte has been in the spotlight on the international stage for their daring runway collections, fashion films and costume design projects since their debut in 2005. On Thursday evening, June 16th, Rodarte will present a new site-specific presentation and a special collection for Pitti W as well as a preview of the first monograph, Rodarte, Catherine Opie, Alec Soth, dedicated to the brand.
