Paridhan offers Advanta Audit to energise apparel market - CLC Tech join hands with 3i Infotech

CLC Technologies said that as part of its major alliance exercise, the company has added flavor to its existing product – Paridhan. This new offering is by the name of Advanta Audit, new quality audit application tool, by 3i Infotech Ltd. This is aimed at consolidating its existing operations and synergistically enlarging the scope of Apparel ERP applications.

Quality Audit, a Web-based data management solution that facilitates the QA data collection process and provides comprehensive product quality data analysis. Quality Audit enables both the distribution center and field auditors to record quality audit results online or via remote access using handheld PDA's.
The application follows the universally accepted AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) rules for auditing, while allowing for company specific business rules. Products go through a defined workmanship and measurement audit that are accepted or rejected based on company-defineddefect rules. Passing or failing grades are assigned to purchase order lots based on AQL standards. The result is better data and analysis for apparel manufacturers, distributors and vendors. Also the length of time that it takes to do an audit is captured for record keeping purposes.
