Provogue, which claims itself as a youth brand, not a teen brand nor an ‘old’ brand, will be targeting consumers in their late 20s means same target audience as it has for offline. The website claims to deliver products all across the country.
It assures to deliver products within 2 days for a major Metro location, a total of 5 days for cities other than metros depending on the location and 14 days for imported products.
For payment all general payment methods are available including COD and it is using Citrus for online payments. For fiscal 2013, Provogue is targeting INR 650 crore in revenue with equal contributions expected from its domestic and export verticals, it is to be seen how its ecommerce launch contributes to its revenues and how its brand image will help it to foster its sales online.
