L Brands declares annual dividend of $1.36 per share

Consistent with its ongoing commitment to return value to shareholders, L Brands, Inc. announced a 13 percent increase in its regular annual dividend to $1.36 per share, from $1.20 per share previously.  
 
The company also announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special dividend of $1 per share and its regular quarterly dividend of $0.34 per share, both of which will be paid on March 7, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 21, 2014.  
 
With this distribution, the company will have returned more than $15 billion to shareholders since 2000.  This is the company's 157th consecutive quarterly dividend.
