The world's largest flame-resistant (FR) apparel brand, Bulwark said it will augment its product range in the FR category with Westex by Milliken's ultrasoft fabric.

During this time, Milliken also acquired Westex and now, the relationship comes full circle, as Bulwark will offer the Westex by Milliken ultrasoft fabrics in a variety of stocked garments.
"This partnership strengthens our ability to provide the world's most comfortable, reliable and protective FR apparel for those in hazardous lines of work," said Chris Holcombe, Bulwark vice president.
"The new innovations coupled with existing market-proven fabrics position Bulwark to expand its leadership role in the flame-resistant market," he added.
Bulwark, part of VF Corporation's portfolio of brands, is a North American market leader in durable flame-resistant protective garments.
The brand was born in the Canadian oilfields 43 years ago and now offers a wide assortment of NFPA 2112 and NFPA 70E compliant flame-resistant shirts, pants, jeans, coveralls and outerwear.
Westex by Milliken, a Milliken & Company business, has more than 50 years of experience manufacturing flame-resistant fabrics for global utilities, electrical maintenance, oil and gas, and metals industries.
