By spring 2007, Lord Daniel Sportswear will have only three brands namely Astra, Fairway Golf & Resort and Cotton Traders. The company has announced the amalgamation of its eight plus labels into the three different apparel brands.
“After the acquisition of over 8 different labels in the past 50 years of being in the sportswear and golf industry we feel it best to present 3 defined brands to consumers, to enable us to better focus on quality standards and make an overall easier purchasing decision for our buyers,” said company CEO Brett Stern.
Lord Daniel will continue with ASTRA, a brand of women's golf wear including shorts, skirts, UV protected tops and sweaters.
Fairway Outfitters will be rechristened as Fairway Golf & Resort, which will include more updated design and more tech fabrics. The new Fairway Golf & Resort line meant for both men and women will range from $40-$60 in retail outlets.
Labels Palmland, Le Moda and Cellini will be renamed as Cotton Traders, which will be moderately priced sportswear. Cotton Traders are designed for both men and women and the prices will range from $40 to $60.
The Sunrise, Florida based Lord Daniel Sportswear is a leading third generation family owned sportswear company and it has a new 57,000 square foot showroom/warehouse.
