Combining the free spirit of the bohemian lifestyle with a fresh and modern look, the NOUR women's collection will make its debut at Fashion Coterie on Tuesday, September 19 through Thursday, September 21, 2006, at Pier 94 in New York City.
Spring heralds new life and energy and this innovative, contemporary collection has blossomed from Resilience LLC's Bohemian Army label.
Inspired by the cool, clean colors and stripes of the Amalfi Coast, NOUR's Spring '07 collection expresses a NAUTICAL NOMAD theme. The line features fresh silhouettes and luxury fabrications including fine tissue cashmere, silk charmeuse and chiffon, as well as fabulous knits in micro modal, tencel jersey and Supima cotton.
Each piece in the NOUR collection is designed to effortlessly complement the existing pieces in a woman's wardrobe. The versatile tops and dresses are chameleon-like, embracing fashion's current layering trend.
Each garment can be worn in combination with other pieces in the line, layered or left alone.
NOUR's clean and modern garments are infused with the bohemian spirit through unique embellishments such as shell buttons, metal grommets and intricate embroidery Designed by Fahren Feingold, NOUR's debut collection reflects her youthful spirit and energy.
Feingold previously designed for several venerable houses including Calvin Klein, Ella Moss and Splendid.
She joins the team at Resilience LLC, the parent company of NOUR, founded by Raphael Javaheri, President and CEO. Javaheri is a third generation textile entrepreneur and most noted as one of the pioneers in the development and marketing of Tencel in the United States.
