Hooks & loops maker Sky Industries ties up with Dyno LLC

Sky Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2007, has announced signing of agreement of Sky Industries Ltd (SKY) with Dyno LLC (d/b/a Dyno Merchandise) (DYNO), USA for supply of Narrow Fabric Products for the period of three years.

Expected sales volume of SKY will be US$ 2,000,000 to US$ 2,200,000 to DYNO on annual basis. With this agreement coming into effect SKY will consolidate its market share position in the narrow fabric segment and will focus all its endeavour to develop the product, its applicability and its international market share.

The management of SKY believes that this is a very unique opportunity for SKY to participate in the establishment of a new and large underserved channel of distribution for our products.
