Ms Biszantz to takeover as CEO of La Perla for North America

La Perla announced the appointment of Suzy Biszantz as the Chief Executive Officer of La Perla, North America. Ms. Biszantz will be based in the New York office and will report to Jeff Hansen, CEO of La Perla Srl. based in Italy.
Suzy joins La Perla after a seven year tenure as President and CEO of Greg Norman Collection, the premium brand leader in golf-inspired apparel, formerly owned by Reebok (Adidas).
"The company has significant growth opportunities in North America and we're confident under Suzy's leadership, the brand will grow to its full potential," said Hansen.
"She will also be instrumental in collaborating with our customers and our design team in Italy to create the appropriate product assortment for this important market,"
In addition to running the wholesale operations for North America, Ms. Biszantz will be responsible for the company's 9 retail stores and 3 outlets.
"La Perla is a premier luxury brand and I'm thrilled to be joining the company. I look forward to working with the team here to strengthen the brand's presence in North America while continuing to elevate its luxury image and exclusive distribution," said Ms. Biszantz.
"The entire collection has a tremendous presence across Europe. Our goal is to further expose this market to the company's innovative product assortment and rich Italian heritage," added Biszantz.
