Sleepwear giant Russell-Newman buys KN Karen brand

Russell-Newman announced it has acquired KN Karen Neuburge, a lifestyle brand with comfort-focused home/apparel/lifestyle products.
KN Karen Neuburger's legacy and rich heritage of creating livable luxury products for all areas of the home including sleepwear to its signature soft socks, was a great appeal to Russell-Newman.
The acquisition accelerates Russell-Newman's position in the intimate apparel sector. Announcement reaffirms Russell-Newman as one of the largest intimate apparel companies in the world, as well as its further presence in the brand acquisition category, supplying most major retailers and sourcing its products from a developed supplier network in over 20 countries.
Russell-Newman creates, produces, sells and distributes products in multiple retail channels for brands such as: Cypress sleepwear, and robes for women, St. Eve daywear and sleepwear, Baby Gro for newborn sleepwear in both boys and girls, St. Eve Sleepwear for Boys and Girls, Carol Malony bras, daywear and sleepwear, Tommy Hilfiger sleepwear & robes for women, and Laura Ashley sleepwear and robes.
The integration with KN Karen Neuburger will greatly extend the commercial appeal of Russell-Newman's offerings and improve its value proposition with the addition of the KN Karen Neuburger sleepwear/sportswear/intimates/home categories. KN Karen Neuburger will also gain new distribution through Russell-Newman's multiple channels.
