American Leather Holdings, a portfolio company of Capital Partners Private Equity Income Fund II, LP and Capital Partners Private Equity Income Fund Inst, LP (together CP II), has taken over Brookline Furniture on December 1, 2017. Since 1999, Brookline Furniture has manufactured upholstered furniture for the hospitality market in Archdale, North Carolina.
