Future bags exclusive rights to Laura Ashley home textiles

Future Group has bagged exclusive rights to manufacture, wholesale and retail home furnishings from UK clothing and home textiles retailer Laura Ashley. The Kishore Biyani led group will begin by retailing Laura Ashley home furnishings in its Central retail format. The group also plans to open around 15 exclusive Laura Ashley stores in the near future.
“We are reworking on a strategy for specialty business and will partner or bring more global brands in the category," Future Group CEO Biyani was quoted as saying by a leading daily.
"We will also house the brand within department store Central and open at least 15 stores in the next few years," Biyani added. (AR)
