In the first nine months of 2016, revenue at French marketer of luxury and premium fashion goods LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton went up 4 per cent over the same period of 2015 to reach €26.3 billion. Sales were driven by growth in Japan and the US, but a decline in France. However, organic revenue increased higher at 5 per cent from a year ago period.
The Fashion & Leather business group posted organic sales growth of 2 per cent year over year in the period under review, driven by acceleration in the third quarter.
