Asian Benzene prices improve due to higher energy values

Benzene prices moved up in Asia in the last week due to higher energy values in the region. 
 
In Korea, average prices went up by US$ 45/ton and assessed at US$ 760/ton in the last week, an improvement of 6.29 per cent over the price prevailing at the end of the previous week.
 
In Japan, average prices improved by US$ 45/ton to US$ 765/ton in the last week, as compared to previous week, after a jump of 6.25 per cent.
 
In India, average prices marched higher by US$ 45/ton and quoted at US$ 770/ton in the last week, as compared to previous week, a rise of 6.21 per cent.
