Propylene prices rise in US past week

Propylene prices went up in US in the last week owing to bullish business activity in the region.
 
In US, average prices increased by 4 cents/pound and recorded at 34 cents/pound in the last week, a sharply gain of 13.33 per cent over the previous week.
 
Meanwhile in Europe, average prices inched up by US$ 5/ton and secured at US$ 935/ton in the last week, an improvement of 0.54 per cent as compared to the previous week due to favorable market conditions in the region.
