Burberry has announced that Debra L. Lee has been appointed to the board as a non-executive director and member of the audit and nomination committees, with effect from October 1, 2019. Burberry is a British luxury fashion house, which distributes trench coats, ready-to-wear outerwear, fashion accessories, fragrances, sunglasses, and cosmetics.
Lee, CEO and founder of Leading Women Defined, is currently a non-executive director at AT&T and a non-executive director and member of the nominating and corporate governance committees at Marriott International. From 2006 to 2018, Lee served as chairman and chief executive officer at Black Entertainment Television, a division of Viacom. She also served as a non-executive director of Twitter from May 2016 to July 2019, according to Burberry.Burberry has announced that Debra L.
