The environmental certification is recognition of excellence, which testifies to the commitment of RadiciGroup towards environmentally sustainable business management. The product range of these textile companies is very broad, diversified and integrated, from polymer chemistry to yarn on the beam.
"These certifications are a prestigious achievement and testify the continuous efforts of the organisations to improve environmental performance, with visible and measurable results. However, they are not a point of arrival but intermediate steps on the path of organic and sustainable growth, in order to approach the market and our customers as a reliable and innovative partner attentive to safeguarding resources and assets for future generations,” said RadiciGroup manager Oscar Novali.
Radici Yarn Spa operates upstream of the Ardesio plant, producing polymers, staple fibres and POY and FOY yarns. These products are further processed in the Ardesio plant, which designs and manufactures synthetic yarns on beams, using the warping, stretch-warping, gluing and assembling processes for warp knitting and weaving.
Noyfil SA deals in the design, production - by means of extrusion and spinning - and sales of polyester yarn (PES) and polylactide yarn, raw, mass-dyed and with additives. Its target markets are mainly sportswear and undergarments and the automotive and furniture industries. (RR)
