Brunotti to digitalize sales process with Apps4Fashion

Board sports brand Brunotti has further digitalized its sales processes with Apps4Fashion. This gives Brunotti an major efficiency increase in order handling, while significant savings in printing costs are realized because of the digital collection book. Besides that, the professional image of the brand is further strengthened.

Hans Völlmer, Chief Operations Officer at Brunotti Europe: “Previously, our sales reps and agents manually wrote their orders on paper, which afterwards needed to by entered in the ERP system. This was double and error prone work, and it took a long time before there was insight in sales results.”

Savings on samples and collection books

“That is history now that Brunotti works with Apps4Fashion. We save so much work and time now, and our sales people are extremely enthusiastic. Operating Apps4Fashion is easy because everything is so visual and intuitive, and our sales people see a lot of advantages in the fact that they no longer have to lug around with samples, but that the entire collection can be shown on the iPad to even the smallest detail.”, explains Hans Vollmer.

Furthermore, items can be scanned with a wireless scanner and the customer can sign on screen, so everything that needs to be on the order confirmation can be e-mailed at once: the complete order, with picture-, price- and detail overview and signature.

Hans Vollmer: “Another big advantage is that – because of the digital collection book in Apps4Fashion- we were able to completely drop our printed collection books. This cost reduction alone already gave us a complete return on investment.”

Concrete and clear insight in sales results

Brunotti further sees that the tool is globally used to gain insight in stock supplies. In addition, orders are immediately processed, because of the direct connection to the ERP system, which makes that the  Brunotti back office staff experience an enormous reduction in workload and Brunotti has clear and concrete insight in global sales.

Optimize co-operation with retailers
