The new store system platform delivers a closed-looped CRM system to Danier Leather. CustomerCENTER provides Danier Leather detailed visibility to customer purchases and responses to promotions, thereby determining the return on investment of marketing campaigns.
By mining transaction data from GlobalSTORE POS, CustomerCENTER allows Danier Leather to understand their customers' purchasing habits and make available the best offers that generate a purchase response. By leveraging Fujitsu's mobile iPAD device, Danier can efficiently enter inventory counts throughout the store.
In the next phase of the project, Danier will deploy Fujitsu's ValueCENTER (stored value/gift cards) and ReturnCENTER (centralized returns management) software technology.
