The Board of Directors for Pebblestone Fashion International announced that Arthur Kempen MSc in Engineering, was appointed as International Partner Director on September 1st 2007.
As International Partner Director, Mr. Kempen will lead the day to day strategic and operational activities in the field of Channel Partner relations of Pebblestone for the international markets.
With his appointment, the increasing market development and service demands by local Partners as well as the explosive international growth of Pebblestone Fashion International are addressed.
“Pebblestone Fashion has a very good position in the international market for Business solutions and has a large potential to exploit. From a solid position the aim is to further develop the international Partner network and bringing its international sales performance to an even higher level as it is today. A challenging and interesting task” says Kempen when asked why he joined Pebblestone.
Background:
Since 1999, Mr. Kempen, 40 yrs old, has worked in various international management positions at Vermeer International BV, in's-Heer Arendskerke (The Netherlands).In the years before he held sales & management positions in EMEA for several technology companies.
In his most recent position of Director of Sales & Marketing, he was responsible for the sales, marketing, logistics and product support departments of Vermeer International. Within these positions he not only gained a lot of experience in the general management of international companies but in specific international direct and indirect distribution networks too.
Vermeer International is the international sales organization of the American Vermeer Manufacturing. Vermeer is active in the development, production and sales of Trenchers, Tree equipment and Horizontal drilling machines. Vermeer International is going to market in EMEA via a network of specialized dealers.
