Jon Richard, a UK-based fashion jewellery company, has 4 brands which are currently sold in over 100 concessions in Debenhams stores, Allders of Croydon and Elys of Wimbledon.

Jon Richard has selected merchandise management, business intelligence and supply chain solutions from VCSTIMELESS to manage its forecasting, planning, sourcing, buying, replenishment, stock tracking and reporting activities.

Jon Richard selected VCSTIMELESS as a partner with experience of the jewellery and accessories sector, capable of supplying solutions to meet the specific needs of a concession retail operation. Also key to the retailer's decision was finding a software provider with whom they could grow, to support their future expansion plans which include Europe and the Middle East.

The project will be delivered in three phases. Merchandise management modules will be in place for Easter 2008, followed by decision-making applications in the Summer and finally supply chain optimisation solutions by the end of 2008.
