In the wake of Covid-19, the organisers of Dhaka Int'l Textile & Garment Machinery Exhibition (DTG), Bangladesh Textile Mills Association (BTMA) and Yorkers Trade & Marketing Service, have announced that the 17th DTG has been postponed to January 28-31, 2021. The event will be held at the same venue International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB).#
The organisers reported that the
Covid-19 epidemic situation in Bangladesh has continued to rise, and the Bangladesh government has started to carry out a series of disease prevention and control measures to stem the spread of virus. The venue for DTG, ICCB might also be converted into hospital to treat Covid-19 patients as well.
