A key feature of the endeavour process includes more profitable production. The process will reduce wastewater by more than 95 per cent and energy by over 80 per cent, delivering more than 50 per cent reduction in cost. It also eliminates wastewater. The waterless process demonstrates a remarkable sustainability advantage by eliminating post dyeing washing steps. The technology delivers exceptional results with high colour consistency and colour fastness. With throughputs of more than 2,000 square metres per hour, a single line replaces at least five dyebaths. The system can deliver any colour shade required and enables on-demand digital colour changeovers in any run length from a few metres to several kilometres. (GK)
