Asian benzene prices move up on Thursday

PX prices improved in Asia on Thursday owing to lift in buying interest in the region.
In Korea, PX prices went up by US$ 5/ton on Thursday and assessed at US$ 840/ton as compared to the previous day.
In SE Asia, PX prices moved up by US$ 5/ton from Wednesday’s assessed level and secured at US$ 855/ton on Thursday.
In Japan, PX prices increased by US$ 5/ton on Thursday and assessed at US$ 845/ton as compared to the previous day.
