Asian benzene up on Sept 9 from higher upstream prices

Benzene prices went up in Asia on Wednesday (Sept 9) from higher upstream energy prices and downstream product prices.

In Korea, prices were assessed at US$ 590/ton, higher by US$ 5/ton as compared to prices on Tuesday (Sept 8).

In Japan, prices were offered at US$ 595/ton, up by US$ 5/ton as against prices on Sept 8.

In India, prices were spotted at US$ 600/ton, also higher by US$ 5/ton as compared to the prices on Tuesday.
