CHTC's spinning system called Roving-Ring-Winder Link System is composed of JWF1418A Roving Frame with Auto-doffer, JWF1562 Ring Spinning Frame with integral doffer and SMARO-I automatic winder. With many patented know-hows, this system meets advanced world standards and can achieve automatic continuous production replacing manual operation, and thus reducing labour costs. The K3502 Carpet Twister has intelligent E-System control with multi-functional touch screen, communication monitoring to individual spindle, and optional remote control and diagnostics. This machine can achieve spindle speed up to 9,000 rpm, and 40 per cent higher efficiency comparing to belt drive. Energy saving type spindle pot equipped with optimised spindle motor controls the thread balloon shape and reduces power consumption and noise level. The new type tension control devices regulate the yarn tension precision, yielding excellent thread quality. Moreover, its functions enable easy switch between direct cabling mode and TFO twisting mode, while also offering smooth and steady pneumatic lifting creel.

The soft and smooth ring (SSR) spinning unit can be mounted onto all kinds of ring spinning frame. After drafting, it can soften the fibre at the spinning triangular space to lower the fibre modulus, change the fibre performance, reduce the hairiness and make it smoother. It is suitable for high-rigidity ramie fibre, many kinds of chemical short fibres, and for knitting yarn. For pure ramie yarn and pure cotton knitting yarn, the 3 mm hairiness can be lowered by 60 per cent, while it can be lowered by 65 per cent for viscose yarn. (RKS)
