In August, the development index of the warehouse storage sector was reported to be 52 per cent, experiencing a marginal decrease of 0.2 percentage points compared to the preceding month. Despite this slight dip, the sector remained in the expansion territory, a domain demarcated by any score above the 50 per cent threshold, a figure representing growth, as opposed to scores below it that indicate contraction.
The steady advancement is projected to persist into the subsequent month, hinting at a favourable environment fostered by effective strategies enhancing consumption, said Chinese media reports quoting Wang Yong, the vice president of CMST Development.
