Cotton USA has launched a new global website. Translated into twelve languages, the website offers its business partners various facilities including live market pricing, weekly export and market reports and global supplier/licensee and exporter search capabilities. Cotton USA is the promoter of United States cotton fibre and cotton products.

Additionally, the website features innovation announcements, news and event information and new developments in the areas of cotton sustainability, quality and transparency. Now, mills, manufacturers, brands and retailers will be able to access industry-specific content, including Cotton USA benefits and real life testimonials. The new Cotton USA website is focused on serving business needs, and newly built to connect, educate and inspire the entire cotton supply chain.

Cotton is a natural and renewable fibre, and US cotton producers are leading the way in responsible cotton production practices. US cotton has a track record of continuous improvement with respect to water and crop protection product use, and habitat and soil preservation. The US system’s transparency allows for constant monitoring and improvement. The roughly 18,000 US cotton growers comply with stringent US government regulatory requirements and are committed to the principle of continuous improvement.

Cotton USA is committed to responsibility and ever-greater sustainability. For the consumer it means that a product with the tag Cotton USA is clean, non-irritating, and safe. For the manufacturer, it saves time and money, and helps create a superior product. (RR)
