EFI to show award winning products at Graph Expo 2015

EFI is showing nine award winning technologies among 17 new products featuring a range of digital print production, industrial inkjet and integrated workflow and offerings at Graph Expo 2015 at booth 1902.
“All put together, these help EFI customers continue to outperform their peers with higher production efficiency, increased productivity and new revenue opportunities,” an EFI press release stated.
“With more than 1.8 million Fiery installations worldwide, EFI's original, transformative Fiery digital front end (DFE) technology is a critical part of digital print professionals success,” it said.
“These help in getting work printed correctly, time after time, with streamlined and automated prep processes capable of handling high-volume, variable-data and complex jobs,” the company added.
Graph Expo marks the tradeshow debut of EFI Fiery FS200 Pro technology, the fastest, most advanced platform in the Fiery DFE product line.
The Fiery FS200 Pro-based DFEs, extend print businesses performance advantage with a 2015 Must See 'Ems Award-winning Fiery HyperRIP technology that boosts processing speed up to 55 per cent.
EFI Fiery CMYK+ technology, another 2015 Must See 'Ems Award-winner that is part of the Fiery FS200 Pro platform, is making its debut in the Fiery server on the new Xerox iGen 5 Press in Xerox's booth 613.
“PSPs can now achieve the most accurate match of brand colours and specific Pantone colours previously only available via offset printing.
“A third 2015 Must See 'Ems Award-winning Fiery technology, EFI Fiery Smart Estimator software, addresses an unmet need in digital printing by giving users accurate costing data for specialty toners,” it informed.
It further added that show attendees will also get a first look of the EFI Fiery Final Fix software that combines colour correction with powerful, touch-screen image editing capabilities for last-minute pixel-accurate edits.
Other new Fiery innovations on display drive best-in-class productivity in prepress automation, in-RIP make-ready processes, color management and custom digital print workflow development.
“The 80-inch EFI Vutek GS2000lx Pro with UltraDrop Technology and 65-inch EFI H1625 LED hybrid printers meet entry-level production needs for premium-quality signage and display applications,” EFI noted.
The eight-colour Vutek model also includes UltraDrop Technology, which delivers exceptional quality, including crisp four-point type and vibrant color using 7-picoliter printheads.
