Messe Frankfurt hosting varied events for Paris shows

Messe Frankfurt France is putting on a rich and varied programme at Texworld Paris, Avanprint, Avante Paris, Apparelsourcing Paris and Shawls & Scarves, all shows which will run concurrently from February 15-18, 2016.
“This is being done to complement the portfolio of textiles, garment and accessory sourcing, finished textile products and the latest innovations in high-tech fabrics and digital printing,” the organiser said in a press release.
“Sometimes buyers need additional information to firm up their decisions, or to see what is on offer in the form of striking examples,” it explained.
Messe Frankfurt France is providing buyers with a solution by organising a programme of seminars on what's new in the textile sectors represented at the fair.
The seminars will accompany each event, with daily fashion shows highlighting the skills of exhibitors or collections by guest designers.
The February 2015 event includes 12 seminars and 13 fashion shows with free admission, and one seminar for which an entrance fee is payable.
The combined trade shows will be event packed with current trends and colours at Texworld Paris and crossovers between design and technology at Avanprint and Avantex Paris.
The events will also focus on crucial strategic information on sourcing particularly on short cycles, using the example of Morocco, represented at Apparelsourcing Paris for the first time.
Messe Frankfurt is one of the world's leading trade fair organisers, generating around €645 million in sales and employing 2,297 people.
The Messe Frankfurt Group has a global network of 29 subsidiaries and 57 international sales partners, allowing it to serve its customers on location in more than 160 countries.
Messe Frankfurt events take place at more than 40 locations around the globe and in 2015, Messe Frankfurt organised a total of 132 trade fairs, of which more than half took place outside Germany.
Comprising an area of 592,127 square metres, Messe Frankfurt's exhibition grounds are home to ten exhibition halls, while also operating two congress centres. (AR)
