Spot market conditions of PTA imports softened, offers for Taiwan cargo focused around US $1,195 / ton, downstream bids were about US $1,180 / ton, actually negotiated price concentrated around US $1185 price / ton.
Offers for goods produced in South Korea were around US $1180 - $ 1,185 / ton, while downstream bids were about US $1170 / ton, actual negotiated level was around US $1175-1180/ ton. Trading atmosphere was light, actual negotiation was scarce.
PTA market conditions in North China appeared light on June 20, mainstream offers in the market temporarily stabilized at 9400-9450 Yuan / ton, while downstream inquires were about 9350 Yuan/ ton, actually negotiated price ranged between 9350-9400 Yuan / ton, trading atmosphere was dull in the market, actual negotiation was scarce.
